Resident Connection
As a valued resident of a BH Management community, you can save time and money with our Free Resident Connection Service. Connect your utilities and other services hassle-free, disconnect your old services, browse through over 20 service and product categories, and keep an accurate record of your service selections with your Account Summary.

Rent Payment
Paying your rent has never been easier.  Simply follow the link, and pay your rent, deposits, or any other debt with your credit card 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Service Request
Need something fixed? Don't have time to call or come into the office?  Then let us know...on-line.  Click the link, fill out the form, and send it on its way.  We'll get the problem resolved, without you leaving your desk.  We do ask though, that if you have an emergency, please contact the office.  But other than that, if you send it, we'll service it.

Sometimes there will be an issue that just cannot be resolved on site.   No matter how hard we try.  So for those just-in-case moments, BH Management proudly provides a resident hotline.  The hotline is monitored by our Resident Services Coordinator, and calls are answered and/or returned between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 pm (noon) CST, Monday through Friday.  Don't fret if you can't reach us at those hours as all calls or emails outside these hours are returned as promptly as possible.
