Resident Connection
As a valued resident of a BH Management community, you can save time and money with our Free Resident Connection Service. Connect your utilities and other services hassle-free, disconnect your old services, browse through over 20 service and product categories, and keep an accurate record of your service selections with your Account Summary.

Rent Payment
Paying your rent has never been easier. Simply select your apartment community from the "Residential Communities" tab, follow the link entitled "Pay Your Rent", and pay your rent with your credit card or have it automatically debited from your checking account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Service Request
Need something fixed? Don't have time to call or come into the office?  Then let us know...on-line.  Click the link, fill out the form, and send it on its way.  We'll get the problem resolved, without you leaving your desk.  We do ask though, that if you have an emergency, please contact the office.  But other than that, if you send it, we'll service it.
