Our People

Our team combines professionals with expertise in finance, marketing, resident relations, material maintenance management and employee relations with a large measure of energy and dedication. BHM's property managers are experts at leasing, managing and maintaining properties. They provide unparalleled service to residents and serve as a vital link from the property to our corporate staff and investors. In addition, they bring valuable knowledge of the property and analysis of the trends of the community to the management and planning process.
Our corporate management staff supports the property managers and keeps investors and owners informed on the status of the property. They oversee day-to-day financial operations, develop and implement management policies and ensure that investors and owners receive accurate, timely reports.
While each member of our team is already an expert in their respective field, we encourage them to continue learning. BHM's staff stays on the cutting edge by participating in continuing education courses and seminars. Then, they put everything they've learned to work to improve the operations of our communities.
