BH Management Services, Inc. Ranks 21 in NMHC Top 50

As of January 1, 2010, BH Management Services, Inc. ranked as the 21st largest U.S. Apartment Manager in the annual report issued by the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC). The company's 41,366 units under management represented a 13.2% increase over 2009, despite difficult ecomonic conditions, and moved the company up from 28th position.
BH Equities, LLC also ranked 44th in the list of Top 50 Apartment Owners.
Based in Washington, DC, NMHC is a national association representing the interests of the larger and most prominent apartment firms in the U.S. NMHC's members are the principal officers of firms engaged in all aspects of the apartment industry, including ownership, development, management, and financing.
