property from the drop-down list, complete the required form, and
your request will be addressed promptly and professionally. For
emergency maintenance, please contact your property directly.
Additionally, for concerns or problems
that cannot be resolved by the Property Manager at the site level,
please contact our Resident Service Line at 1-877-5CALLBH

ressvcs@bhmanagement.com.
The Service Line is monitored 24 hours
a day by our Resident Services Coordinator, and calls between the
hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. (noon) Central Standard Time,
Monday through Friday, are answered personally by the Resident
Services Coordinator. All calls and email that arrive outside
these hours are returned as promptly as possible. |
