  • If you need to submit a maintenance service request, you may do so online 24 hours a day at www.bhmanagement.com/services/service-request.html, or by calling the office during regular business hours.
  • If you wish to make an online rent payment, please visit www.bhmanagement.com/services/pay-rent-online.html, or contact your community office to obtain your online payment resident ID.
  • For questions about rent payments, fees and charges, notifications, etc., please contact your community office directly during normal business hours.
